如果假定晶体没有受到任何形式的应力,无论是机械的还是电的,那么就剩下两个参数可以给晶体一个公差变化,即改变晶体的频率。这些参数是:寄生负载电容产品的PCB和单个z波soc的晶体振荡器负载电容的差异。
根据SoC晶体振荡器电路的实现,可能需要外部负载上限。然而,这并不是外壳为EFR32ZG14或EFR32ZG23器件,其中负载帽集成在芯片组的模具上.
