TCXO振荡器（温度补偿晶体振荡器）是在一定温度范围内具有严格频率偏移的振荡器单元。典型的TCXO应用可以在温度变化环境中需要稳定频率的领域中找到。在TCXO中，晶体随温度的频率变化由内部电路补偿。这个TCXO温控电路可以是模拟的，也可以是数字的。数字补偿TCXO温补晶振装置通过频率偏移特性进行“编程”。对于输出信号，有几种选择。CMOS TCXO和削波正弦波TCXO是最常见的，但我们也可以选择其他输出电平，如真正的正弦波TCXO类型。可选的，几种类型可以提供EFC（电子频率控制）。这些VCTCXO振荡器（压控TCXO）类型可以通过控制电压来调节频率。封装类型从小型4焊盘SMD TCXO单元到通孔DIL14 TCXO外壳。

FCD-Tech压控晶体振荡器（VCXO振荡器）产品组合提供多种封装，包括SMD VCXO压控晶体振荡器类型和通孔VCXO压控振荡器类型。可用输出逻辑：CMOS VCXO、LVPECL VCXO、LVDS VCXO、HCSL VCXO或真正弦波VCXO。低相位噪声、低抖动、牵引范围和温度容差的各种规格特性。
